So, we still don’t have internet set up. And until that happens, posts will be sporadic.
Have not made any new recipes since we moved, but did some fabulous old standards of ours. Cabbage + Ground turkey. Brussel sprouts with bacon and eggs. Turkey chili. All favorites, all homemade and clean. Good stuff.
I really, REALLY lost a lot of strength from hardly working out for two months. Especially in my arms, damn. Anyway, I now have time and space to workout so I’m back at it again (and really fucking sore today as a result).
Today, I warmed up with the HIIT It Hard Blogilates thing, then followed with 4 rounds of the circuit deal.
My sleep schedule is 100% fucked. My mom has likened me to the Princess and the Pea, and she’s not wrong on that note… I have so many issues with insomnia to begin with, that sharing a bed with someone just adds to my difficulties. I know it sounds awful, but I slept wonderfully on an air mattress alone in my old bedroom for two months haha. How pathetic. But I had a routine I stuck to (waking up at 6:45am even! And I SUCK at mornings) and got a solid 8 hours every night. Now that my fiance and I are sharing a bed, I can’t sleep for shit. He still has no legit schedule with his job so he stays up/goes to bed at fucking odd, annoying hours. And normally, I’m cold - but sleeping next to him is like sleeping next to a furnace. And on top of all that (yes, bitch bitch bitch I know), I sleep really light and movements/sounds wake me instantly.
It will all take some time to get re-adjusted to.
